摘　　要：为厘清郑州市汽车服务业的空间分布特征和服务质量情况,基于汽车服务业兴趣点(POI)数据和大众点评不同维度的服务质量评价数据,采用核密度分析、缓冲区分析等地理信息系统(GIS)空间分析方法,对汽车服务业空间布局及服务质量特征进行研究。结果表明:①郑州市汽车服务业整体上呈现出小聚集、大分散的分布格局,主要集中分布在市中心周围,其他区域分布相对较为分散;②距离道路和住宅小区越近,各类型汽车服务业分布数量越多,其中汽车维修保养行业受住宅小区分布的影响最大;③人口和经济密度较高的区域汽车服务业分布较多且集中,反之分布较少且分散;④各类汽车服务业在服务、环境、性价比等方面的得分均以中等为主,发展质量有较大提升空间。研究结果可为郑州市汽车服务业优化布局及高质量发展提供一定参考。In order to clarify the spatial distribution characteristics and service quality of Zhengzhou's automobile service industry,based on the point of interest(POI)data of automobile service industry and the service quality evaluation data of different dimensions of public comments,the spatial distribution and service quality characteristics of automobile service industry were studied using geographic information system(GIS)spatial analysis methods such as kernel density analysis and buffer zone analysis.The results showed that:①Zhengzhou's automobile service industry as a whole showed a pattern of small aggregation and large dispersion,mainly concentrated around the city center,while other regions were relatively scattered.②The closer to the roads and residential areas,the more various types of automobile service industries were distributed,and the automobile maintenance industry was most affected by the distribution of residential areas.③The automobile service industry in the regions with high population and economic density was more distributed and concentrated,conversely it was less distributed and dispersed.④The scores of various automotive service industries in terms of service,environment,cost performance was mostly in the middle level,and there was much room for improvement in development quality.The research results could provide some reference for the optimal layout and high-quality development of Zhengzhou's automobile service industry.
