摘 要:由于海上风电机组检修较为困难,为防止海上风机叶片出现严重故障,提出基于持续热激励红外检测的海上风机叶片腐蚀检测研究,在叶片轻微腐蚀阶段实现腐蚀检测,避免叶片损坏对风机造成更大影响。分析海上风机叶片结构,针对该结构制定海上风机叶片腐蚀检测平台,在被测叶片的表面装置热激励源进行加热,并在叶片外部通过红外热像仪检测加热后的叶片表面温度场变化;采用热传导微分方程,求解持续热激励升温与降温阶段被测区域表面温场,获取叶片正常面与腐蚀面的热激励深度;通过有限元软件ABAQUS依据叶片三维模型,结合热传导微分方程,模拟被测叶片的温度场变化情况,获取叶片腐蚀模拟结果。经实验验证:该方法的红外热成像的测温范围较大,且测温精准度较高,在检测时不会受到检测距离的影响,依然保持较为清晰的检测结果,同时可根据检测得到的腐蚀面温度有效区分腐蚀严重程度。Due to the difficulty of maintenance of offshore wind turbines,in order to prevent serious faults of offshore fan blades,corrosion detection of offshore fan blades based on continuous thermal excitation infrared detection is proposed to realize corrosion detection at the stage of slight corrosion of blades to avoid greater impact of blade damage on the fan.The structure of offshore fan blade is analyzed,and a corrosion detection platform for offshore fan blade is developed.A thermal excitation source is installed on the surface of the measured blade for heating,and the temperature field changes of the heated blade surface are detected by infrared thermal imager outside the blade.The heat conduction differential equation is used to solve the surface temperature field of the measured area during the heating and cooling stages of continuous thermal excitation,and the thermal excitation depth of the normal surface and the corroded surface of the blade is obtained.ABAQUS is used to simulate the temperature field change of the measured blade based on the three-dimensional model of the blade and the differential equation of heat conduction,and the simulation results of blade corrosion are obtained.The Experiments result shows that the infrared thermal imaging method has a large temperature measurement range and a high temperature measurement accuracy,which is not affected by the detection distance during the detection,and still maintains a relatively clear detection result.At the same time,the severity of corrosion can be effectively distinguished according to the temperature of the detected corrosive surface.
