摘  要:目的:了解通辽市中小学生超重与肥胖的流行现状。方法:采用整群抽样方法,数据使用SPSS26.0进行统计分析。结果:各年龄组肥胖检出率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),10岁组肥胖检出率最高为37.9%;男生肥胖检出率明显高于女生(P<0.05);男、女生各年龄组肥胖检出率差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);与偶尔组比较,经常饮用含糖饮料、食用甜食和油炸食物是中小学生超重与肥胖的危险因素(P<0.05);多因素分析显示,油炸食物、甜食是中小学生超重与肥胖的危险因素,蔬菜是保护因素。结论:通辽市中小学生超重与肥胖率高,经常性食用甜食和油炸食物是导致超重与肥胖的危险因素,食用蔬菜是保护因素。Objective:To know the prevalence of overweight and obesity among primary and middle school students in Tongliao city.Methods:Cluster sampling method was adopted,and data were statistically analyzed using SPSS26.0.Results:There was statistical significance in the detection rate of obesity among different age groups(P<0.05).The detection rate of obesity in the 10-year-old group was the highest at 37.9%.The detection rate of obesity in boys was significantly higher than that in girls(P<0.05).The obesity detection rates of male and female students in all age groups were statistically significant(P<0.05).Compared with the occasional group,frequent consumption of sugary drinks,consumption of sweets and fried food were the risk factors for overweight and obesity(P<0.05).Multivariate analysis showed that fried food and sweet food were risk factors for overweight and obesity,while vegetables were protective factors.Conclusion:The overweight and obesity rate of primary and secondary school students in Tongliao city is high.Regular consumption of sweet food and fried food is a risk factor leading to overweight and obesity,while consumption of vegetables is the protective factor.
