异地宁波商会发展的困境与对策

摘　　要：遍布全国的异地宁波商会是促进宁波经济社会发展的重要社会力量,其先后经历了萌芽缓慢起步、转型发展以及快速提升三个时期。异地宁波商会在快速发展的同时,还存在筹资能力不强、内部运营机制不畅以及政会协作长效机制缺失等现实困境。为更好发挥经济服务功能和桥梁纽带作用,助推宁波经济社会发展,文章提出了异地宁波商会亟待增强商会筹资能力、完善商会内部治理以及促进政会良性互动等对策。The Ningbo Chamber of Commerce(NCC)away from home across the country is an important social force to promote the economic and social development of Ningbo.It has gone through three stages:the slow start stage,the transformation and development stage and the rapid promotion stage.With the rapid development of the NCC away from home,there are also practical difficulties such as weak financing capacity,poor internal operation mechanism,and lack of long-term mechanism for the cooperation between the government and the NCC.In order to better play the role of economic service and bridge in the new situation and boost the economic and social development of Ningbo,the article put forward the countermeasures such as strengthening the financing capacity of the non-local NCC,improving the internal governance of the NCC,and promoting the benign interaction between the government and the chamber of commerce.
