摘　　要：目前,医学图书馆基于微信公众平台的服务存在定位不清晰、管理欠科学以及缺少个性化定制和有效宣传等问题。为此,要充分利用微信公众平台的特点,构建一个集文献检索、学科服务、定位导航、信息发布、获取与查询等应用需求于一体的24小时读者智慧自助综合服务平台,以提高医学图书馆服务效能。At present,there are such problems in medical library services based on the WeChat public platform as the unclear positioning,the unscientific management and the lack of personalization and effective publicity.To improve the effectiveness of library services,it is advisable to make full use of the features of WeChat public platforms to construct a 24-hour comprehensive intelligent self-service platform integrating literature search,subject services,location navigation,information dissemination,and access and query.
