摘 要:为了解决中大直径竖井钻爆法掘进施工凿岩穿孔设备功能单一、施工效率低、机械化程度低等问题,根据现有露天钻机的技术特点,研制出可提高中大直径竖井钻爆法掘进施工效率的ZYL89竖井钻机。该设备具有高度集成化的操作系统、保证设备平稳作业的轻质臂架和底盘、经济环保的双除尘系统,解决了中大直径竖井施工机械化程度低、施工人员多及效率低等施工难题。同时,对设备的臂架进行了有限元分析,并根据分析结果进行优化设计,获得了稳定可靠的臂架结构。该设备在实际工程应用中获得了验证,施工稳定可靠,可大大提高竖井施工效率。To resolve the problems of single-purpose,low construction efficiency,and low mechanization of the drilling and perforation equipment of blasting methods for medium and large diameter shafts,the ZYL89 vertical shaft drilling rig was designed and developed,based on the technical characteristics of existing surface drilling rigs.With the highly integrated operating system,the lightweight boom and chassis,and the double dust removal system of the rig,the construction problems of the low mechanization,the large number of personnel requirements,and the low efficiency were addressed.Furthermore,the optimization design was studied to achieve a stable and reliable boom structure by using finite element analysis.The new equipment was validated by applying it to the construction of shafts,which proved to be reliable and stable,and can greatly increase the efficiency.
