摘 要:世界上已有的常导高速磁浮轨道梁制造过程中均采用了大型机床加工来保证其制造精度,造成了轨道梁制造成本极高,不利于磁浮技术大规模商业化应用。结合时速600 km常导高速磁浮关键技术研究课题,研究了非机加工方式预制高速磁浮轨道梁的新技术。实践表明:外模板采用了两段式脱膜,内模板顶端设置铰链,底端设置铰接连杆,解决轨道梁脱膜难的问题;将翼缘板下模板作为定子套筒的定位基准面,并通过在其侧边增设耳板,解决了磁浮功能件高精度预埋定位的难题;通过采用自密实混凝土和模板布消泡技术的应用,减少了混凝土徐变,确保了其外观质量。试制结果表明,该技术能满足轨道梁的工业化生产。In the manufacturing process of normal conducting high-speed maglev track beams in the world,large-scale machine tools are used to ensure their manufacturing accuracy,resulting in extremely high manufacturing costs of track beams,which is not conducive to the large-scale commercial application of maglev technology.This paper introduces a new technology of nonmachining prefabricated high-speed maglev track beams in combination with the key technology research topics of 600 km/h normal conducting magnetic levitation.Practice shows that the outer formwork adopts two-stage stripping,the inner formwork is equipped with a hinge at the top and a hinged connecting rod at the bottom,which solves the problem of difficult stripping of the track beam;the formwork under the flange plate is used as the positioning reference plane of the stator sleeve,and by adding lug plates on its side,the problem of high-precision pre-embedded positioning of magnetic levitation functional parts is solved;through the application of self-compacting concrete and template cloth defoaming technology,concrete creep is reduced and its appearance quality is ensured.The trial production results show that this technology can meet the industrial production of track beams.
