摘 要:针对跨海桥梁在复杂海况下的施工技术难点,结合澳氹四桥单桩单柱式桥墩海域施工实例,分析了单桩单柱式桥墩的结构特点;根据地质条件并综合施工周期和工程成本等因素,分析钢板桩、钢吊箱两种围堰的施工应用和施工要点;介绍桥墩钢筋安装工程中采用的预制钢筋笼整体吊装工艺,给出墩柱施工过程遇到桩基预留钢筋偏位的处理方法。基于此,总结分析了单桩单柱式桥墩海域施工的技术要点,为同类型工程实施提供经验借鉴,扩充跨海桥梁下部结构施工技术储备。The construction of cross-sea bridges faces many technical difficulties because of complex sea conditions.This article analyzes the structural characteristics of single-column pier on monopile,with the example of the construction of the 4th Bridge between Macao and Taipa.By taking geological conditions,construction duration and cost into account,it analyzes the application and technical points of two construction methods,steel sheet-pile cofferdam and steel suspension box-cofferdam.Moreover,it expounds the features of the techniques of hoisting pre-tied rebar cage during pier rebar installation,and suggests a feasible way to approach deviated starter rebars in pile foundations.By analyzing and summarizing the technical points of the construction of single-column pier on monopile,the author aims to provide experience for construction of similar types,and hopes the proposed sea-crossing bridge substructure construction methods can be of help for other projects.
