摘  要:有压供水隧洞在浅埋段采取无粘结预应力衬砌结构,通过模拟隧洞张拉工况和隧洞通水运营工况下的受力分析,验算结构的可靠性;钢绞线环向安装布置,锚具槽空间较小,按照传统张拉施工技术施工难度大,可操作性不高,张拉端无法采用千斤顶直接进行钢绞线张拉作业,利用偏角器将张拉端的钢绞线偏转一定角度后,引出锚具槽外进行张拉,锚具采用自带锚固端的双向锚具,保证了无粘结预应力衬砌张拉的施工质量及施工速度,最终实现了吉林省中部城市引松供水工程总干线六标段9#隧洞预应力衬砌段张拉作业顺利完成。The pressure water supply tunnel adopts the unbonded prestressed lining structure in the shallow buried section,and the reliability of the structure is checked by the stress analysis under the simulation of the tunnel tension condition and the tunnel water operation condition.The steel strand is installed in the ring direction,and the space of anchoring groove is small.The construction is difficult and the operability is not high according to the traditional tensioning construction technology,and the tensioning operation of the steel strand can not be carried out directly by jacks at the tensioning end.After the steel strand at the tensioning end is deflected to a certain angle by the deflector,the tensioning operation is carried out outside the anchoring groove.The construction quality and construction speed of unbonded prestressed lining are guaranteed by using bi­directional anchor with its own anchor end,and finally the stretching operation of prestressed lining section No.9 tunnel in the sixth section of the main trunk line of the central city diversion water supply project in Jilin Province is successfully completed.
