摘 要:新建广州(新塘)至汕尾铁路惠城南站工程,为塑造惠州当地“重檐叠瓦、鳞纹漾波”的特色建筑效果,主屋面由26块大小不一的“瓦片状”单元屋盖叠合而成,安装精度要求高,节点错综复杂,施工难度大。以该工程为研究对象,对施工过程中遇到的重、难点进行了介绍,研究采用了有限元仿真分析、BIM施工模拟、三维激光扫描、空间测量定位、结构健康监测、复杂结构焊接、胎架支撑卸载等技术,并提出了“主要受力构件单元节段组拼吊装+次要受力构件高空散拼+分区域卸载”的施工方法,实现了该形式钢结构的高效率、高精度建造,取得了良好的效果,对类似工程具有借鉴意义。For creating the unique architectural effect of Huizhou's local“double eave tiles,scale ripples”,the main roof of the newly-built Huicheng South Station Project of Guangzhou(Xintang)-Shanwei Railway is composed of 26“tile like”unit roofs of different sizes,requiring high installation accuracy,complex nodes and great construction difficulty.Taking the project as the research object,the paper introduces the important and difficult points encountered in the construction process,studies and adopts the finite element simulation analysis,BIM construction simulation,three-dimensional laser scanning,spatial measurement and positioning,structural health monitoring,complex structure welding,jig support unloading and other technologies,and puts forward the construction method of“assembly and hoisting of main load-bearing component unit segments+high-altitude scattered assembly of secondary load-bearing components+regional unloading”,the high efficiency and high precision construction of this type of steel structure has been realized,and good results have been achieved,which can be used for reference in similar projects.
