摘　　要：乙烯产品外送泵是乙烯装置与下游装置之间的重要输送设备。某乙烯产品外送泵在乙烯装置开车运行不足1个月,出现振动上升超标、出口压力下降等异常现象,无法满足生产需要。针对泵体在检修中发现的泵内部口环、滑动轴承磨损严重等问题,分析产生乙烯外送泵故障的各种可能原因,提出泵的改进办法,延长泵的运行寿命。The ethylene product external delivery pump is an important transportation facility between the ethylene device and the downstream equipment.The ethylene product external delivery pump has experienced abnormal phenomena within less than one month after the unit was put into operation,such as excessive vibration rise and outlet pressure drop,which cannot meet the production needs.In view of the serious wear of the pump's inner ring and sliding bearing found in the maintenance of the pump body,the researcher analyzes the possible causes of the failure of the ethylene delivery pump and puts forward the improvement measures to prolong the operation life of the pump.
