摘  要:为解决天然气集输站场保温管线所需电热带负荷未经核算,导致用电负荷及生产能耗上升的问题,需优化电伴热带工艺,提高伴热效率以达到节能降耗目的。通过建立保温管道电伴热带优化MINLP模型,以降低电伴热电费和材料耗费为目标函数,考虑国标要求散热损失量、伴热带自身特性、环境影响等约束条件;对电伴热带使用功率、缠绕密度、运行时间等参数进行优化设计。结果表明:优化后实际电伴热带费用及电费分别减少2.4万元/年和6.6万元/年,电伴热带成本费用比优化前节省约6%,年用电费减少约12.2%。In order to solve the problem of the increase of electricity load and production energy consumption caused by the unaccounted load of the electric heating belt required for the thermal insulation pipeline of the natural gas gathering and transportation station.It is necessary to optimize the heat tracing technology and improve the heat tracing efficiency to achieve the purpose of energy saving and consumption reduction.By establishing the optimized MINLP model of thennal insulation pipe electric heating cable,reducing the electric heating cost and material consumption were regarded as he objective function,and constrained conditions like the heat dissipation loss required by the national standard,the self-characteristics of the heating cable,and the environmental impacts,were aken into account,and then the optimizing design is carried out around some parameters like the use of power,the density of winding and operation time for the electric heating cable.The results show that after optimization,the actual heating cable costs and electricity costs are reduced by 24,000 yuan and 66,000 yuan per year,respectively,and the cost of electrical heating cables is about 6%less than before optimization,and the annual electricity bill is reduced by about 12.2%.
