摘 要:A油田某老区块浅层油藏孔渗性好、底水充足,已进入注水开发中后期,但油藏高部位及层顶部剩余油富集,难以驱替。为进一步提高采收率,计划在该老区块浅层油藏进行高低水平井气顶重力驱开发试验。为此开发建立了一套气顶重力驱水平井井眼轨道设计与控制技术。通过分析开发试验对高低水平井轨道设计和控制的要求,综合考虑开发试验区块储层埋深、储层厚度、地层倾角、储层埋深预测误差和工具控制能力等影响因素,确定了“三增三稳”为主的水平井轨道设计,优化了轨道设计参数,并制定了不同储层情况下的轨道控制技术方案,成功应用于A油田气顶重力驱高低水平井开发试验区块。实钻表明:该套设计和控制技术满足开发试验对水平井轨道设计和控制的要求,保证了储层钻遇率。A shallow reservoir in an old block of Oilfield A has good porosity and permeability,sufficient bottom water and has entered the middle and late stages of water flooding development,but the remaining oil in the high part of the reservoir and the top of the layer is enriched,making it difficult to displace.In order to improve the recovery ratio,it is planned to carry out the gas cap gravity flooding development test of high and low horizontal wells in the shallow reservoir of this old block.For this purpose,a set of wellbore trajectory design and control technology for gascap gravity-flooded horizontal wells has been developed.By analyzing the requirements of the development test for the design and control of the high and low horizontal well trajectory,and comprehensively considering the influencing factors such as reservoir depth,reservoir thickness,formation dip,reservoir depth prediction error and tool control ability in the development test block,the orbital design of horizontal wells based on wthree increases and three stabilizationsn has been determined,which has optimized orbital design parameters,formulated orbital control technical solutions under different reservoir conditions,and successfully been applied to the development test block of high and low horizontal wells in Oilfield A with gascap gravity flooding.The actual drilling shows that this set of design and control technology meets the requirements of the development test for the design and control of the horizontal well trajectory,and ensures the drilling encounter rate of the reservoir.
