摘  要:【目的】掌握杉木(Cunninghamia lanceolata)无性系叶片性状的变异特征和性状间关系,为优良无性系的选育提供理论依据。【方法】以33个杉木无性系的叶片性状为研究对象,通过变异系数估算、相关性分析、主成分分析和聚类分析等数理统计法进行分析。【结果】变异分析结果表明,叶片的变异系数变化范围为2.88%~17.92%,叶性状的变异系数均较小,仅总叶体积的变异系数大于15%,说明无性系叶性状总体稳定。相关分析结果表明,性状间都表现为正相关,大部分性状的相关显著或极显著,表型相关系数为0.330~0.982。主成分分析结果显示,9个性状前2个主成分的累积贡献率为78.75%,第一主成分的主要单个叶性状的负载值较大,第二主成分的单株叶性状的负载值最大,可作为区分不同无性系的主要叶片性状。根据聚类分析结果,33个无性系可聚为2个类群,3个亚类,且各类群在9个性状上的均值存在差异。【结论】杉木无性系叶片性状变异稳定,性状间存在关联性,其中单叶面积、单叶体积、叶片数量、总叶面积等4个性状可为杉木优良无性系的筛选指标。【Objective】To master the variation characteristics of leaf traits of Cunninghamia lanceolata clones and the relationship between traits,so as to provide a theoretical basis for the breeding of superior clones.【Method】The leaf traits of 33 clones were analyzed by mathematical statistics such as coefficient of variation estimation,correlation analysis,principal component analysis and cluster analysis.【Result】The variation analysis results showed that the variation coefficient of leaf was 2.88%~17.92%,and the variation coefficients of leaf traits were small,only the variation coefficient of total leaf volume was more than 15%,indicating that the leaf traits of the clones were generally stable.The results of correlation analysis showed that all the traits were positively correlated,and the correlation of most traits was significant or extremely significant,with phenotypic correlation coefficients ranging from 0.330~0.982.The results of principal component analysis showed that the cumulative contribution rate of the first two principal components of the nine traits was 78.75%.The load value of the main single leaf trait of the first component was larger,and the load value of the single leaf trait of the second component was the largest,which could be used as the main leaf trait to distinguish different clones.According to the results of cluster analysis,33 clones can be grouped into 2 groups and 3 subtypes,and the mean values of each group in 9 traits are different.【Conclusion】The variation of leaf traits of C.lanceolata clones is stable,and there are correlations among the traits.Among them,the four traits of single leaf area,single leaf volume,leaf number and total leaf area can provide reference indicators for the selection of superior clones.
