摘  要:为了解山羊地方性鼻内肿瘤病毒(ENTV-2)的基因组特征和遗传变异情况,通过RT-PCR及序列分析方法从广东省某羊场送检病羊组织中鉴定出一株ENTV-2,将其命名为GDZJ2022。全基因组测序结果分析显示,GDZJ2022与GenBank中26株ENTV参考毒株核苷酸序列相似性为86.5%~96.9%,其中与四川ENTV-2-CHN3毒株序列同源性最高(96.9%),并处于同一分支。env核苷酸序列分析结果显示,GDZJ2022与四川株ENTV-2-CHN1同源性最高(98.6%);gag核苷酸序列分析结果显示,GDZJ2022与GDQY-2017同源性最高(95.2%)。In order to understand the genomic characteristics and genetic variation of enzootic nasal tumor virus(ENTV-2),in this study,a strain of ENTV-2 was identified from diseased goat tissues in Guangdong Province by RT-PCR and sequence analysis,and named GDZJ2022.Whole-genome sequencing results showed that GDZJ2022 had 86.5%-96.9% nucleotide sequence similarity with the 26 reference strains of ENTV in GenBank,with the highest sequence homology(96.9%)with the Sichuan ENTV-2-CHN3 strain and being in the same branch.The env nucleotide sequence analysis showed that GDZJ2022 had the highest sequence homology(98.6%)with the Sichuan strain.The gag nucleotide sequence analysis showed that GDZJ2022 had the highest homology(95.2%)with GDQY-2017.
