舒泰、多咪静、丁丙诺啡对犬的镇静效果比较

摘　　要：将30只需要进行绝育或去势的犬随机分为A组(舒泰组)、B组(多咪静组)和C组(丁丙诺啡组),比较三组犬的麻醉相关时间(进入镇静时间和开始苏醒时间)、镇静相关指标(眼球位置、眼睑反射、瞳孔对光的反射、下颌咬合力、对刺激的反应和苏醒状态)、生理相关指标(心率、呼吸频率和血氧饱和度)。结果显示:A组总体镇静效果良好,但镇静效果不稳定;C组无法达到理想的镇静深度,镇静效果较差;B组镇静效果最好。在推荐剂量下,与舒泰、丁丙诺啡相比,多咪静的镇静效果最好,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。In the experiment,30 dogs that need to be sterilized or castrated were randomly divided into group A(Zoletil group),group B(Dexdomitor group),and group C(Buprenorphine group).The anesthesia-related time(time to enter sedation and time to wake up),sedation-related indicators(eyeball position,eyelid reflex,pupil reflection of light,jaw bite force,response to stimuli,and wake state),and physiological related indicators(heart rate,respiratory rate and blood oxygen saturation)of the three groups of dogs were compared.The results showed that the overall sedative effect of group A was good,but the sedative effect was unstable.Group B had the best sedative effect.Group C could not reach the ideal sedation depth and the sedation effect was poor.It shows that compared with Zoletil and Buprenorphine,Dexdomitor has the best sedative effect and has certain clinical application value.
