摘 要:分析高炉喷吹焦炉煤气对炉内热量分布及冶炼参数的影响,结果表明高炉喷吹焦炉煤气有助于改善炉内间接还原,从而降低直接还原度、焦比和燃料比,在满足约束条件的前提下每喷吹1 m 3焦炉煤气可减少燃料约0.4 kg。焦炉煤气喷吹造成理论燃烧温度下降,高炉下部热损失增加,高炉上部热损失逐步减小,高炉富氢量对炉内热量分配的影响应成为研究重点。在不富氧条件下,平均每喷吹10 m 3焦炉煤气,理论燃烧温度降低约9.5℃。The influence of coke oven gas injection in blast furnace on the heat distribution and smelting parameters in the furnace is calculated.The results show that the use of coke oven gas injection in blast furnace can help to improve the indirect reduction in the furnace,thereby reducing the direct reduction degree and the coke ratio and fuel ratio of the blast furnace,under the premise of satisfying the constraints,the fuel can be reduced by about 0.4 kg for every 1 m 3 of coke oven gas injected.The injection of coke oven gas will cause the theoretical combustion temperature to drop,the heat loss in the lower part of the blast furnace to increase,and the heat loss in the upper part to decrease gradually.For every 10 m 3 of coke oven gas injected,the theoretical combustion temperature is reduced by about 9.5℃.
