摘  要:文章采用数值模拟软件Fluent,建立了一个四孔聚合射流氧枪顶吹转炉的三维模型,通过改变氧枪枪位和氧枪喷孔夹角,对转炉炼钢条件下的聚合射流与熔池的相互作用进行了模拟与分析。结果表明:在相同操作条件下,随着氧枪枪位的提高,射流对熔池的冲击直径由1.93 m增大到2.30 m、冲击深度由0.48 m降低到0.32 m,同时低枪位时射流对熔池的冲击动能大;在同一喷吹枪位下,随着氧枪喷孔夹角的增大,射流对转炉熔池的冲击直径由1.41 m增加到2.14 m、冲击深度由0.60 m降低到0.48 m。A three-dimensional model of top-blown converter with four-hole coherent jet oxygen lance has been established by using the numerical simulation software Fluent,the interaction between coherent jet and molten pool was simulated and analyzed by changing the lance position,nozzle angle and pressure.It shows that:under the same operating conditions,with the increase of the lance position,the impact diameter increases from 1.93 m to 2.30 m,the impact depth of the jet on the molten bath decreases from 0.48 m to 0.32 m,and the impact kinetic energy of the jet on the molten bath increases with the increase of lance position.At the same lance position,with the increase of nozzle angle,the impact diameter of jet on molten bath increases 1.41 m to 2.14 m,the impact depth decreases from 0.60 m to 0.48 m.
