摘  要:随着国家碳达峰、碳中和发展战略的提出,八钢作为大型国企,勇于承担责任,持续推进低碳冶金技术创新与项目示范,为实现中国宝武“双碳”目标探索出一条重要的技术路线。通过重点描述八钢公司为尽快实现绿色低碳转型发展,积极构建低碳生产过程中“双碳”管理体系及采取的一系列举措,提出创新体系对同类企业提升“双碳”专业管理能力,助力减碳增效有一定的借鉴意义。In the past,the Bagang Company has not formed a systematic management system for fuel consumption,energy structure optimization,carbon reduction and efficiency enhancement in the low-carbon production process.With the proposal of the national carbon peak and carbon neutral development strategy,Bagang,as a large stateowned enterprise,has the courage to assume responsibility,and continues to promote low-carbon metallurgical technology innovation and project demonstration,exploring an important technical route for the realization of China Baowu's"double carbon"goal.This case focuses on the"double carbon"management system and a series of measures taken by Bagang to achieve green and low-carbon transformation and development as soon as possible.This case has certain reference significance for similar enterprises to improve the ability of"double carbon"professional management system.
