摘  要:本文针对钢铁企业低碳转型发展要求,通过对国内外氢冶金技术发展现状、氢冶金技术优势、低成本H_(2)制取、铁矿石煤基氢冶金技术的研究,并在煤基氢冶金中试试验的基础上,说明了将高挥发分煤充分热解产生H_(2)及水蒸汽气化高温碳制取H_(2)作为铁矿石的还原剂,是氢冶金中制取H_(2)最经济、有效的方法,同时产出的H_(2)即产即用,实现了本质节能本质安全。铁矿石煤基氢冶金技术的产业化应用,将对我国直接还原铁技术的发展起到巨大的引领和示范作用,必将带动传统铁烧焦工艺及上下游相关行业同步调整和变革,对于未来我国钢铁行业优化能源结构、工艺流程、绿色发展具有非常重要的意义。In response to the low-carbon transformation and development requirements of iron and steel enterprises,this paper analyzes the development status of domestic and foreign hydrogen metallurgical technology,the potential of H_(2) reduction,and the source of H_(2) in iron ore reduction.On the basis of exploratory and small-scale experiments,we put forward the iron ore coal-based hydrogen metallurgical technology.And through pilot tests,the correctness of the coal-based hydrogen metallurgical technology has been verified,marking that the level of green and low-carbon development of iron and steel enterprises has reached a new level,giving rich connotations of high-quality development.
