摘　　要：针对选煤厂介质消耗高问题,艾维尔沟选煤厂通过对弧形筛分料箱分料不均匀、脱介筛脱介效果差、磁选机尾矿带介高,介质管磨损严重,合格介质桶液位的上下限控制范围偏小,岗位管理考核不到位等问题进行分析,提出对合格介质桶、弧形筛入料箱、弧形筛、筛上喷水、磁选机、磁选机入料管、磁选机喷水等进行改造,加强对脱介筛、磁选机、原煤煤质、原煤入洗量、入厂介耗指标、生产技术检查、关键岗位技术岗位培训等管理,有效降低了介质消耗,使选煤厂的介质消耗由3.19 kg/t降至1.88 kg,取得了显著的效果。In allusion to the problem of high medium consumption in coal preparation plant,the medium tube was worn seriously in Aiweier channel coal preparation plant through uneven material distribution to the arc-shaped screen box,the bad effect of medium removal from the screen,the high medium in the tailings of the magnetic separator,and the serious wear and tear of the medium tube,the upper and lower limits of the liquid level of the qualified medium barrel are small,and the post management assessment is not in place,the modification of qualified medium barrel,arc screen feeding box,arc screen,water spraying on screen,magnetic separator,magnetic separator feeding tube and water spraying on magnetic separator were put forward,to strengthen the management of screening,magnetic separators,raw coal quality,raw coal washing volume,input intermediate consumption index,production technology inspection,key technical post training,etc.,the consumption of medium in the coal preparation plant was reduced from 3.19 kg/t to 1.88 kg/t.
