摘 要:煤在充分燃烧的过程中,其中所含硅酸质矿物会发生相应变化,主要会变成玻璃质和品休质寓纤和红柱石混合物,也有一定的概率转换成二氧化硅的形态。其中的黄铁矿会产生一些氧化反应,从而形成氧化铁,其生成的大部分微粒飞灰都带有极强的磁性,也有部分微粒转换为非磁性微粒。通常情况下,粉煤灰中所含有的氧化铁总含量高于次烟煤中的氧化铁含量,同样也高于褐煤。目前,铝、铁和硅是粉煤灰中回收的主要金属,粉煤灰中金属成分的回收有物理法、化学法,选TFe的方法包括湿选和干选。从目前西北缺水的现状,以酒钢的干式磁选法做如下研究。In the process of full combustion of coal,the siliceous minerals contained in the coal will change correspondingly,mainly becoming a mixture of glassy and high-grade fibers and andalusite,and there is also a certain probability of conversion to the form of silica.Among them,pyrite will produce some oxidation reactions,thus forming iron oxide.Most of the particles generated by it are highly magnetic,and some particles are converted into non-magnetic particles.Usually,the total content of iron oxide in fly ash is higher than that in sub bituminous coal,and also higher than that in brown coal.At present,aluminum,iron,and silicon are the main metals recovered from fly ash.The recovery of metal components in fly ash includes physical and chemical methods,and the methods for selecting TFe include wet and dry separation.Based on the current situation of water shortage in the northwest,the dry magnetic separation method of Jiuquan Iron and Steel Company is studied as follows.
