摘  要:现代大型冶金企业炼钢生产车间高效、连续生产作业,通常冶炼作业区域车间一般配置2~3座转炉,根据生产工艺布置要求,钢铁冶炼所需原料(铁水和废钢)从跨区两侧的废钢及铁水原料区域向中间转炉平台吊运。如果同跨区一台冶金铸造起重机发生故障或是计划性检修停机(定位在检修位)则阻断了废钢斗吊运通道,为了实现铸造起重机使用主副起升机构配合吊运废钢斗实现炼钢冶炼作业连续、不间断生产的目标,需要设计铸造起重机吊挂废钢斗专用吊具,充分发挥起重机的使用功能以满足生产的需要。The steelmaking workshop of modern large-scale metallurgical enterprises operates efficiently and continuously.Generally,the workshop in the smelting operation area is equipped with 2-3 converters.According to the requirements of the production process layout,the raw materials(hot metal and scrap steel)required for iron and steel smelting are hoisted from the scrap and hot metal raw material areas on both sides of the span to the intermediate converter platform.If the failure of a metallurgical casting crane in the same span or the planned maintenance shutdown(located at the maintenance position)blocks the scrap bucket hoisting channel,the casting crane shall use the main and auxiliary lifting mechanisms to lift the scrap bucket to achieve continuous and uninterrupted production of steelmaking and smelting operations.Therefore,it is necessary to design a special lifting device for the casting crane to hang the scrap bucket and give full play to the crane's use function to meet the production needs.
