摘　　要：在正常生产期间,中厚板加热炉液压站发生了一起油箱内的油液急剧翻腾和外溢的奇特故障。经过现场分析判断,确定了故障原因,采取了应急处理措施,并在故障发生后实施了相应的改进措施,避免了同类故障的再次发生。During normal production,the oil in the oil tank of the hydraulic station of the medium and thick plate heating furnace was churned and spilled sharply.After field analysis and judgment,the cause of the fault is determined and emergency measures are taken.After the failure occurred,the corresponding improvement measures were implemented to avoid the recurrence of similar failures.
