摘  要:构建新型电力系统是实现“双碳”目标的重要举措。随着清洁能源发电占比日益提高,为弥补清洁能源的波动、间歇等短板,充分发挥多元协同互补作用,设计一种含抽水蓄能电站的多能互补微网系统。该系统通过风电、光伏消纳清洁能源,以中小型抽水蓄能电站和储能电站调节清洁能源发电,可根据调度指令,适时切换并网或孤网运行状态。明确了系统结构、作用特点、功率约束关系、协同控制策略,设置了测试系统和典型负荷,分析5种运行模式下系统的日运行过程,量化评估了经济性和单日发电收益。该系统具有较强运行灵活性和调节能力,能够提高清洁能源发电的可靠性,确保负荷供电的稳定性。同时,也论证了中小型抽水蓄能与分布式清洁能源联合运行的可行性。As the major measure for realizing the state“dual carbon”goal,the construction of the new-type power system has laid out a strategic direction.With the increasing penetration of the clean energy generation,the complementary and coordinated mechanisms play a great role.In order to overcome the fluctuation and intermittence of renewable energy,the multi-energy complementary microgrid system with pumped storage power station is designed.The system absorbs clean energy through wind power and photovoltaic power,regulates clean energy generation with small and medium-scale pumped storage power stations and energy storage power stations.According to dispatching instructions,the system can timely control the transition between gridconnected operation mode and isolated operation mode.Based on clarifying the system structure,function characteristics,power constraint relationship and cooperative control strategy,the parameter of test system and typical load,the daily operation process of the system under five operating modes,as well as the total income of generation energy per day are obtained.Therefore,The proposed system has better operational flexibility and adjustment ability,which can improve the reliability of clean energy power generation and ensure the stability of power supply.Also,the feasibility of combined operation of small and medium-scale pumped storage and distributed clean energy is verified.
