摘 要:在碳达峰碳中和目标和构建新型电力系统需求的驱动下,我国可再生能源发电迅速发展,可再生能源大规模并网发电的波动性和随机性导致电力系统调峰能力日益紧张。火力发电机组作为电力系统中主力调峰电源,充分发挥其调峰能力对光伏、风力发电的消纳具有重要意义。通过山东省网源监督服务技术平台采集直调公用火电机组有功功率、给煤量等数据,采用数据挖掘等方法求取虚拟煤质数据库;利用虚拟煤质数据库获得单台机组的最大出力能力,进而获得全网火电机组的调峰能力;以山东省典型火电机组的仿真算例验证研究方法的可行性和有效性,研究结果可为电网调控部门分析并网火电机组调峰能力提供参考,支撑电网调度安全可靠运行。Driven by the goal of"carbon peaking and carbon neutrality"and the need to build a new power system,China's renewable energy power generation has developed rapidly.The volatility and randomness of large-scale grid-connected power generation of renewable energy has led to an increasingly tight peak regulation capacity of the power system.As the main peakshaving power source in the power system,whether thermal power generating units can give full play to their peak-shaving capabilities is of great significance to the consumption of photovoltaic and wind power generation.The Shandong Provincial Network Source Supervision and Service Platform is used to collect data such as active power and coal supply of grid-connected thermal power units.A virtual coal quality database is obtained through data mining and other methods.The maximum output capacity of a single unit is obtained through the virtual coal quality database,thus obtaining the peak shaving capacity of the whole network thermal power units.The feasibility and effectiveness of the proposed method are verified by simulation examples of representative thermal power units in Shandong Province,and the research results can be used for dispatchers to analyze gridconnected thermal power plants,which supports the safe and reliable operation of power grid dispatching.
