摘　　要：分析了将数字化技术应用在病案信息管理中的实际效果。选取2020年1月-12月期间40份实施常规病案管理方式的患者病历作为对照组,抽取2021年1月-12月期间40份实施数字化病案管理的患者病历作为观察组,对比两组患者病案归档错误率、调阅病案所用时间、病案复印时间、病案管理满意度、病案信息利用率。观察组病案归档错漏发生率均比对照组低(P<0.05);观察组调阅病案所用时间、病案复印时间均比对照组短(P<0.05);观察组病案管理满意度明显比对照组高(P<0.05);观察组科学研究、医学教学、患者个人、医疗保险病案信息利用率均比对照组高(P<0.05)。研究发现,病案信息管理中应用数字化技术,可减少病案归档错误,缩短病案调阅、复印时间,提高病案利用率,医护人员及患者的满意度更高,值得推广应用。This paper analyzed the actual effect of applying digital technology in medical record information management.Select 40 patients'medical records who implemented conventional medical record management methods from January to December 2020 as the control group,and 40 patients'medical records who implemented digital medical record management from January to December 2021 as the observation group.Compare the error rate of medical record archiving,time spent accessing medical records,copy time,satisfaction with medical record management,and utilization rate of medical record information between the two groups.The incidence of medical record filing errors and omissions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05);The observation group had shorter time for accessing medical records and copying medical records than the control group(P<0.05);The satisfaction with medical record management in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05);The utilization rate of scientific research,medical teaching,individual patient information,and medical insurance medical record information in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Research has found that the application of digital technology in medical record information management can reduce errors in medical record archiving,improve the time and utilization of medical record retrieval and copying,and increase the satisfaction of medical staff and patients.It is worth promoting and applying.
