摘 要:分析了甲状腺切除手术中经环甲间隙裸化甲状腺上极血管入路的作用。选取淄博市临淄区凤凰中心卫生院接受手术治疗的22例甲状腺切除患者作为研究对象,将其随机均分成两组,对照组选择胸骨舌骨肌-胸骨甲状肌间隙入路,观察组选择经环甲间隙裸化甲状腺上极血管入路,对两组患者的疗效进行观察。治疗后,两组患者术中喉上神经显露情况、疼痛评分、并发症发生率无显著差异(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组术中喉上神经寻找所用时间较短,患者的生活质量明显较高,术后美容满意度较高(P<0.05)。研究发现,将经环甲间隙裸化甲状腺上极血管入路应用于甲状腺切除手术中,可获取良好的手术疗效,患者生活质量明显提高,对术后美容满意度较高。This paper analyzed the role of the thyroidectomy surgery through the circumthyroid space to expose the upper thyroid vascular approach.Twenty two patients with thyroidectomy who received surgical treatment in Fenghuang Central Health Center,Linzi District,Zibo City were selected as the study subjects,and they were randomly divided into two groups.The control group chose the approach of sternohyoid muscle sternothyroid muscle space,and the observation group chose the approach of naked thyroid superior polar blood vessel through the annulus thyroid space to observe the efficacy of the two groups of patients.After treatment,there was no significant difference in intraoperative exposure of the superior laryngeal nerve,pain score,and incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the observation group had a shorter time to search for the superior laryngeal nerve during surgery,and the patient's quality of life was significantly higher.Postoperative cosmetic satisfaction was also higher(P<0.05).Research has found that the application of the naked upper thyroid vascular approach through the anmulus thyroid space in thyroidectomy surgery can achieve excellent surgical efficacy,significantly improve the quality of life of patients,and be satisfied with postoperative beauty.
