麻醉用药对老年患者术后认知功能的影响探究

摘　　要：探究了麻醉用药对老年患者术后认知功能的影响。选择2021年4月-2023年3月在贵州省人民医院接受手术治疗的96例老年患者作为研究对象,按入院先后将其分成A组、B组、C组,每组32例患者。A组患者采用七氟烷进行麻.醉,B组患者采用丙泊酚进行麻醉,C组患者采用瑞马唑仑进行麻醉。对比三组患者的术后MMSE(简易智力状态评价量表)评分、术中机体各项指标及POCD(术后认知功能障碍)发生率。结果显示,三组患者术后1、2、7天的MMSE评分均有所降低(P<0.05),均有不同程度的认知功能障碍发生,但术后7天认知功能障碍明显减轻(P<0.05)。研究表明,麻醉用药对老年患者术后认知功能可能造成不同程度的影响,但随着时间的推移,影响会持续减弱,因此,需要医疗工作者高度重视,科学合理地应用麻醉药物。This paper explored the impact of anesthetic drugs on postoperative cognitive function in elderly patients.96 elderly patients who underwent surgical treatment at Guizhou Provincial People's Hospital from April 2021 to March 2023 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into A group,B group,and C group according to their admission order,with 32 patients in each group.Group A patients were anesthetized with sevoflurane,Group B patients were anesthetized with propofol,and Group C patients were anesthetized with remidazolam.Compare the postoperative MMSE scores,intraoperative body indicators,and incidence of postoperative cognitive impairment(POCD)among three groups of patients.The results showed that the MMSE(score)of the three groups of patients decreased on the lst,2nd,and 7th day after surgery(P<0.05),and all patients had varying degrees of cognitive impairment.However,cognitive impairment was significantly reduced on the 7th day after surgery(P<0.05).Research has shown that anesthetic drugs may have varying degrees of impact on postoperative cognitive function in elderly patients,but the impact will continue to weaken over time.Therefore,medical workers need to attach great importance to the scientific and rational use of anesthetic drugs.
