中药葛根与粉葛、葛根藤的表面性状和显微观察

摘　　要：研究了如何快速鉴定药食同源中药葛根与粉葛、葛根藤的表面性状及其显微差异和操作方法。选择药食同源代表中药葛根作为建立新鉴别方法的研究对象,通过体视显微镜和数码显微镜观察中药饮片表面的微性状特征和显微特征,借助数码显微成像技术和图片拼接技术获取清晰完整鉴别特征图像,与传统鉴别技术、物理化学分析技术相佐证,进而拟定快速鉴别中药的方法。研究发现,中药葛根与粉葛在外观形态上,表面性状和横切面特征为主要鉴别点;显微特征上,淀粉粒和晶纤维为主要鉴别点。葛根与葛根藤均来源于植物野葛,但入药部位不同,表面性状有细微颜色差异,且所含有效成分不同,具有鉴别意义。This paper studied the surface properties and microscopic differences,as well as the operational methods,of the rapid identification of medicinal and food homologous Chinese herbal medicine Pueraria lobata,Pueraria thomsonii,and Pueraria lobata vine.Selecting the representative traditional Chinese medicine Pueraria lobata from the same source of medicine and food as the research object for establishing a new identification method,observing the micro characteristics and micro features of the surface of traditional Chinese medicine slices through stereomicroscopy and digital microscopy.Use digital microscopy imaging technology and image stitching technology to obtain clear and complete identification feature images,supporting traditional identification technology and physicochemical analysis technology,and then developing a rapid identification method for traditional Chinese medicine.Research has found that in terms of appearance and morphology,surface morphology and cross-sectional area are the main distinguishing points between traditional Chinese medicine Pueraria lobata and Pueraria thomsonii;In terms of microscopic characteristics,starch granules and crystal fibers are the main identification points.Both Pueraria lobata and Pueraria lobata vine stem from the plant Pueraria thomsonii,but the medicinal parts are different,the surface properties have slight color difference,and the active ingredients are different,which is of significance for identification.
