摘　　要：DRGS是一项精细化的管理应用工具,可以用来评价医院内部的基础医疗水平。因病案首页信息是实现DRGS分组方案所必须参考的数据样本,故而所填写内容的真实性与准确性将对DRGS方案的分组能力造成直接影响。为有效提升病案首页信息质量,针对基于DRGS的病案首页数据质量持续改进效果展开研究。文章分析DRGS分组的具体应用方法,结合已录入的病案信息,确定改进病案首页数据质量的重要性,并以此为基础,推导具体实施要求,再根据缺陷数据汇总情况,确定DRGS方案的具体应用效果。DRGS is a sophisticated management application tool that can be used to evaluate the basic medical level within a hospital.Because the information on the front page of the medical record is a data sample that must be referenced to implement the DRGS grouping scheme,the authenticity and accuracy of the content filled in will have a direct impact on the grouping ability of the DRGS scheme.In order to effectively improve the quality of medical record homepage information,research was conducted on the effect of continuous improvement of medical record homepage data quality based on DRGS.Analyze the specific application methods of DRGS grouping,combine the entered medical record information,determine the importance of improving the data quality on the front page of the medical record,and based on this,derive specific implementation requirements.Then,based on the summary of defect data,determine the specific application effects of the DRGS scheme.
