摘  要:乒乓球比赛要求运动员快速精确判断来球,同时敏捷移动找到最佳击球位置,确保击球命中率。合理、灵活的步法能为充分发挥技术水平创造有利位置条件,从而帮助运动员争取比赛胜利。为进一步探究步法的内在结构,本研究选取12名高水平乒乓球女运动员,利用Vicon三维运动捕捉系统和AMTI测力台仪器设备收集下肢髋、膝、踝三关节在矢状面、额状面和水平面所进行的运动学数据并进行分析。结果发现:专业女运动员在使用并步步法击球时,所需要的时间长于跨步步法;并步步法髋关节活动范围较跨步步法小,膝和踝关节活动范围较大;跨步步法下肢具有更大的爆发力,并步步法具有更好的稳定性;跨步步法训练实践中,应侧重发展运动员髋关节和踝关节神经肌肉功能。In table tennis matches,players need to promptly and precisely judge the opponents’strokes and meanwhile move as agile as possible to the best hit position,to ensure hit rate.Proper and agile footwork can put players in a better position to fully exert their techniques and to strive to win the game.In order to further explore the internal structure of footwork,12 high-level female table tennis players were selected in this study.The kinematic data of hip,knee and ankle joints of lower limbs in sagittal plane,frontal plane and horizontal plane were collected and analyzed using Vicon three-dimensional motion capture system and AMTI force measuring instrument.Results found that;Compared with Stride Step,the time required for professional female athletes using Chasse Step to hit the ball is longer;while using Chasse Step,players’hip joint moves in a smaller range of motion,and the knee and ankle joints move in a larger range of motion;A Stride Step employs greater explosive force in lower limbs and Chasse Step features higher stability;In the Stride Step training,more emphasis should be put on developing the neuromuscular functions of players’hip joint and ankle joint.
