摘　　要：本文以2022年世界跆拳道锦标赛男子63公斤级冠军梁育帅为研究对象,运用专家访谈、数据可视化、数理统计等研究方法分析其技战术特征。结果表明:梁育帅具备多样性和全面性的技能组合,善于利用速度、力量发起突袭式攻击,采取快速变向、假动作等方式迷惑对手;在腿法技术方面,运用稳健有效的攻防策略布局与执行方式可以提高战斗力;避免依赖某个特定技巧或战术,避免犯规行为发生;积极进攻和防守反击是两个表现最佳且具备较高成功率的战术手段。建议其他跆拳道运动员注重综合训练、开拓思路、丰富技能库;采取积极进攻和防守反击等策略来提高自己的比赛表现。This article studies the technical and tactical characteristics of Liang Yushuai,the male 63kg champion at the 2022 World Taekwondo Championship by the research methods of expert interviews,data visualization,and mathematical statistics.The study found that Liang Yushuai had a diverse and comprehensive set of skills and that he was adept at launching speedy and powerful surprise attacks,and confusing his opponent by rapid directional changes and deceptive movements.In conclusion,for leg techniques,use of robust and effective attack and defense strategies and execution approaches can improve combat effectiveness.Avoid to rely on a single specific skill or tactic and avoid to make foul behaviors.Proactive attack and defending to counterattack are two tactics that contribute the most and have a high success rate.It is recommended that other taekwondo athletes focus on comprehensive training,broaden their thinking,and enrich their skill pool;and adopt proactive attack and defending to counterattack strategies to improve performance in competitions.
