健身参与者深度休闲特质与休闲动机关系研究

摘　　要：为研究健身参与者深度休闲特质与休闲动机的关系,本文以深度健身参与者为调查对象,采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计法,对深度健身参与者的人口统计学特征、行为特征、深度休闲特质以及休闲动机进行描述性分析,对深度健身参与者的深度休闲特质与休闲动机进行相关性分析和回归分析,以此探究深度休闲特质与休闲动机之间的关系,旨在帮助深度健身参与者更好地了解自己参与健身锻炼活动的动机,准确定位自身的深度休闲特质,进而克服在健身中所遇到的阻碍及困难,为今后更好地参与深度休闲活动提供理论基础。This is a study on the relationship between deep leisure traits and leisure motivation of fitness exercise participants.Deep fitness exercise participants are studied by using literature data,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics.Their demographic characteristics,behavioral characteristics,deep leisure traits and leisure motivation were described.And a correlation analysis and a regression analysis were performed of their deep leisure traits and leisure motivation to further explore the relationship between deep leisure characteristics and leisure motivation.The study aims to help deep fitness exercise participants better understand their motivation in participation of fitness exercises,to have accurate positioning of deep leisure traits and thus overcome the obstacles and difficulties in fitness exercises,and to provide a theoretical basis for further participation in deep leisure activities in the future.
