摘　　要：马术服务综合体是以马术场地设施为基础,集竞赛、休闲、文化、旅游、商贸等多种服务功能于一体的马产业聚集区和城市生活区。建设马术服务综合体,是推动我国马产业转型升级,促进产业融合发展的必然要求。本文运用文献资料、专家访谈、实地考察等研究方法,深刻剖析马术服务综合体的基本内涵,并指出马产业自身发展动力、创新马产业发展模式、提升马术服务供给能力、传承中国优秀马文化是马术服务综合体的生成逻辑。在此基础上,提出实现路径建议:发挥政府主导作用,设立改革与扶持政策;加强标准化体系建设,引导综合体科学有序发展;组建专业化运营团队,完善企业管理机制;探索多种经营模式,提升综合体社会关注度等。An equestrian service complex is a horse industry cluster area and urban residence area based on equestrian venues and facilities,which provide various service functions for competition,leisure,culture,tourism,business and trade purposes.The construction of an equestrian service complex is a prerequisite to promote the transformation and upgrading of China’s horse industry and promote the integrated development of primary,secondary and tertiary industries.This paper uses literature,expert interviews,field visits and other research methods to deeply analyze the basic connotation of equestrian service complex,and points out that the intrinsic driving force of horse industry,innovation of the industry development model,improvement of equestrian service supply capacity,and inheritance of China’s excellent horse culture are the rationale behind an equestrian service complex.Finally,this paper recommended the following implementation pathways;the government performs the leading role,establish reform and support policies;strengthen the building of a standardization system and guide the scientific and orderly development of the complex;set up a professional operations team,improve business governance mechanism;explore a variety of business models,enhance the public appeal of the complex.
