摘　　要：灵芝是我国传统食药用菌,主要生物活性成分如多糖、三萜等一直是医药、保健领域的研究热点,已被证实在改善癌症、糖尿病和人类免疫缺陷病毒等现代疾病方面具有潜力,因此市场需求不断增加。段木栽培的灵芝品质好,有效成分含量高。本文对段木灵芝的高效栽培、生物活性等研究进展进行了综述,并对其发展前景进行了展望,以期为我国灵芝产业的发展提供依据。Ganoderma lingzhi is a traditional edible and medicinal fungus in China.Its main bioactive components,such as polysaccharides and triterpenoids,have been the research focus in the fields of medicine and health care,and have been proved to have potential in improving modern diseases such as cancer,diabetes and human immunodeficiency virus(HIV),so the market demand for G.lingzhi has increased.Tree-cultivated G.lingzhi has good quality and high content of effective components.In this paper,the research progress of high-efficient cultivation and biological activity of G.lingzhi was reviewed,and its development prospect was prospected,in order to provide theoretical basis for the development of G.lingzhi industry in China.
