摘 要:根结线虫病是温室黄瓜生产中的重要病害,对黄瓜的产量和品质有重要影响,化学药剂防治是目前最为、快捷、高效的手段之一。为探索低毒、高效、安全的防控黄瓜根结线虫病的药剂,本试验选择4种杀线虫剂作为供试药剂,以相对防效为考察指标,探索这些药剂对黄瓜根结线虫的防控效果。结果表明,41.7%的氟吡菌酰胺悬浮剂效果最好,相对防效为77.08%;其次是15%几糖·噻唑磷,相对防效为68.15%;5%的辛硫磷颗粒防治黄瓜根结线虫的效果较差,相对防效为50.35%,不建议采用此药防治根结线虫。Root knot nematode disease is an important disease in greenhouse cucumber production,which has a significant impact on cucumber yield.Chemical control is currently one of the most,fast,and efficient methods.In order to explore low toxicity,high efficiency,and safety insecticides for the prevention and control of cucumber root knot nematode disease,four nematicides were selected in this experiment.The relative control efficacy was used as the evaluation index to explore the control effect of these insecticides on cucumber root knot nematode disease.The results showed that 41.7%of flupyrazole amide suspension had the best effect,with a control effect of 77.08%.The second was 15%chitosan·thiazolium phosphate,with a control effect of 68.15%.The relative control effect of 5%phoxim particles on cucumber root knot nematodes was 50.35%,which was relatively poor,and not recommended to use this drug to control root knot nematodes.
