摘　　要：智能化小区主要子系统包括综合布线系统、信息网络系统、访客可视对讲系统、门禁管理系统、安防监控系统、一卡通系统、停车场管理系统、多媒体信息发布系统等。商住小区作为一类综合性小区,周边各类生活配套设施均较为成熟。文章结合实际工作案例,简要介绍智能化系统在商住小区中的应用,在提高安全性、舒适度以及生活便捷度方面,能够实现统一管理和资源充分共享。The main subsystems of the intelligent community include integrated wiring system,information network system,visitor video intercom system,access control management system,security monitoring system,one-card system,parking lot management system,multimedia information release system,etc.As a type of comprehensive community,the commercial and residential community has mature living facilities in the surrounding areas.Based on actual work cases,the paper briefly describes the application of intelligent systems in a commercial and residential community.In terms of improving safety,comfort and convenience of life,unified management and control are realized,and resources are fully shared.
