摘 要:零售与居住空间的匹配关系影响居民日常生活的便利性和幸福感以及城市商业空间体系的整体布局。基于社区生活圈空间尺度,从数量、类型、规模三个维度,量化分析济南市中心城区实体零售店及新型零售店与居住区的空间匹配关系。结果表明,实体零售店与居住区的数量匹配度高于新零售店,商超与低房价住区、便利店与新建住区类型匹配度较低,小型零售与大型住区、大型零售与小型住区规模匹配度较高。建议以主城区边缘区和东城区为重点优化片区,适当整合与增补小型零售、开通大型零售的新零售模式,促进零售与居住的均衡多元匹配。The matching relationship between retail and residential space affects the convenience and happiness of residents'daily life as well as the overall layout of urban commercial space system.Based on the spatial scale of community living circle,this paper quantitatively analyzes the spatial matching relationship between physical retail stores and new retail stores and residential areas in the central urban area of Jinan city from the three dimensions of quantity,type and scale.The results show that the matching degree between the number of physical retail stores and residential areas is higher than that of new retail stores,the matching degree between the types of retail stores and residential areas with low housing prices,convenience stores and newly built residential areas is lower,small retail and large residential areas,large retail and small residential areas is higher.It is suggested to take the edge of the main urban area and Dongcheng district as the focus to optimize the area,appropriately integrate and supplement small retail and open the new retail mode of large retail,and promote the balanced and diversified matching between retail and residential.
