北方某污水处理厂提标改造工程案例及效果分析

摘  要:北方某市污水处理厂因出水未达到受纳水体排放要求需进行提标改造,污水处理厂设计规模2万m3/d,尾水水质执行北京现行地方标准《城镇污水处理厂水污染物排放标准》(DB 11/890—2012)中新(改、扩)建城镇污水厂基本控制项目排放限值B标准。此标准出水对脱氮要求较高,通过工艺技术经济指标比较,主体拟采用“A2O生化池+MBR膜池”组合工艺。根据投产后1年的运行检测数据,项目提标改造后出水氨氮浓度可降到0.3 mg/L,去除率达到99.5%;出水总氮浓度7.25 mg/L,去除率为83.3%。The sewage treatment plant in a city in northern China needs to be upgraded because the effluent does not meet the discharge requirements of the receiving water body,the design scale of the sewage treatment plant is 20000 m3/d,and the tailwater quality implements the current local standard in Beijing'Urban Sewage Treatment Plant Water Pollutant Discharge Standard'(DB 11/890—2012)in the new(reformed and expanded)urban sewage plant basic control project discharge limit B standard.This standard effluent has high requirements for denitrification,and through the comparison of process technology and economic indicators,the main body intends to adopt the combination process of'A2O biochemical pool+MBR membrane pool'.According to the operation test data one year after putting into operation,the concentration of ammonia nitrogen in the effluent can be reduced to 0.3 mg/L after the project is upgraded and transformed,and the removal rate reaches 99.5%;The total nitrogen concentration of the effluent was 7.25 mg/L,and the removal rate was 83.3%.
