摘  要:首先,根据区域台风历史极限风速修正了横担应用的气象条件,从理论上分析了风吹导线、风吹横担以及断线工况下风荷载数值以及断线张力大小;然后,针对各地区情况设计了4种矩形截面的横担,并通过受力分析确定了芯棒的最优截面;最后,利用仿真软件分析了结构的应力、应变特性。在极限台风风速60 m/s条件下,推荐使用规格为34 mm×54 mm的复合横担芯棒截面。在风以极限风速吹扫导线工况下,最大弯曲应力产生于芯棒与中央金具上边缘相接处,数值为121.76 MPa;此时,芯棒截面最大剪切应力为40.502 MPa,位于芯体与中间金具相接的下边缘。以上结果满足芯体的弯曲以及剪切应力要求。若考虑平均台风风速24.7 m/s,则推荐复合横担芯棒截面尺寸采用28 mm×42.5 mm规格。该研究结果可为玄武岩纤维增强复合横担的结构优化以及应用提供参考。Firstly,according to the historical limit wind speed of regional typhoons,the meteorological conditions for the application of cross-arms were modified,and the wind load and the tension of the cross-arms under the conditions of wind blowing wire,wind blowing cross-arms and broken wire are analysed theoretically;then 4 kinds of cross-arms with rectangular cross-sections are designed,and the optimum cross-sections of core rod are determined by force analysis;finally,the stress and strain characteristics of the selected structure were analysed by simulation software.In the extreme typhoon wind speed of 60 m/s,it is recommended to use 34 mm×54 mm composite cross-arms core rod section.Under the condition of wind blowing the wire at the extreme speed,the maximum bending stress is generated at the connection between the mandrel and the upper edge of the central fixture,and the value is 121.76 MPa.At this time,the maximum shear stress of the section of the mandrel is 40.502 MPa,which is located at the lower edge of the connection between the core and the intermediate tool.The above results meet the core bending and shear stress requirements.If the average typhoon wind speed is 24.7 m/s,it is recommended that the cross section size of the composite cross-arms mandrel be 28 mm×42.5 mm.The research results can provide reference for structural optimization and application of basalt fiber reinforced composite cross-arms.
