摘　　要：通过分析原液着色纤维用色浆配色系统工艺流程,确定了自动配色的设计思路,并对电子秤、变频泵、调节阀等各硬件进行选型,在控制系统上使用以触摸屏为上位机,结合PLC编程控制、配方与称重计量数据对比以及数据修正,实现一系列自动化操作,从而解决了品种多样化色浆存储与配色精准性问题,提高了生产效率。Through analysis the processing of dope dying fiber in colour paste matching colour system,the design idea of automatic matching colour technology is determined,and each hardware such as electronic scales,variable-frequency pumps,regulating valves is selected,and the touchscreen is used as the upper computer in the control system.Combined with the PLC programming control,as well as data correction based on the comparison of formula and weighing metering data,finally a series of automatic operation is realized,thereby solving the problem of various colour paste storage and colour matching accuracy,and improving production efficiency.
