长三角地区农业全产业链发展金融支持效率时空分异与机制研究

摘　　要：提升农业全产业链发展金融支持效率能够有效发挥金融赋能现代农业发展作用,对于促进乡村产业振兴有着重要意义,是社会各界关注的热点。文章依据实地调研与统计数据,利用DEA—BCC模型、Malmquist指数模型研究金融支持农业全产业链发展效率的时空分异性与机制,认为:长三角地区农业全产业链发展金融支持效率整体较高,但呈现时空分布不均衡特征,技术效率不足是制约长三角地区农业全产业链金融支持效率的主要因素。因此,应保持良好发展态势,使金融支持精准对接乡村振兴;实施差异化策略,加大效率薄弱地区金融投入;降低管理体制方面的壁垒,促进技术创新。Enhancing the financial support efficiency to promote the whole agricultural industry chain plays an effective role of financial empowerment in the modern agricultural development.This is of great significance to promote the rural industry revitalization and becomes a hot concern in all social sectors.Based on field researches and statistical data,the article applies DEA-BCC model and Malmquist index model and studies the spatial and temporal heterogeneity and mechanism of the financial support efficiency in the whole agricultural industry chain development.The study confirms high financial support efficiency in the whole agricultural industry chain development in Yangtze River Delta.Displaying an uneven spatial and temporal distribution,the technical inefficiency becomes the main limiting factor of the financial support efficiency in the whole agricultural industry chain development in Yangtze River Delta.Therefore,it is vital to maintain a good development trend so that the financial support gets precisely aligned with rural revitalization.Differentiated strategies are needed to increase financial investment in weak efficiency areas.At the same time,it is necessary to lower the management system barriers to promote technological innovation.
