摘 要:党和国家坚持以“立德树人”铸就教育之魂。交叉学科作为我国第14个学科门类,是近年来高等教育面向世界科技前沿的新兴产物。思政教育工作作为人才培育的核心环节,对高素质拔尖创新人才的培养起到关键作用,因此需要加强交叉学科中思政成效的探索。利用岭回归方法进行交叉学科视角下思政教育的满意度评价研究,结果表明个人主观因素、教育主导和主体、教育过程和途径、教育条件和环境四个维度均对思政教育的满意度存在正向影响作用。基于分析结果,提出优化教育条件和环境、深化教育主导和主体、细化教育过程和途径的具体建议,以深入落实“三全育人”的教育模式,提升交叉学科学生思政教育的成效。The Party and the Country insist on creating an education soul of“talent cultivation through morality construction”.As the 14th subject category for graduate students,Interdisciplinary Study is a recently emerging phenomenon in higher education faced with world’s science and technology forefronts.Ideological and political education serves as a core link and plays a key role in the of high-quality and top-class innovative talent cultivation.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen the satisfaction evaluation exploration related to ideological and political education in interdisciplinary majors.This paper applies the ridge regression method to assess the ideological and political education satisfaction.Results confirm the positive impact on satisfaction by the four dimensions,i.e.,personal subjective factors,education leading and main body,education process and approach,and educational conditions and environment.This paper accordingly puts forward the“Three comprehensive education mode”,combining all-round education,all staff education and the whole process education.This is meant to improve the ideological and political education effectiveness among interdisciplinary majors.
