摘 要:考察了78 g/m^(2)印刷书写纸生产过程中填料预处理技术对纸机运行和成纸指标的影响。结果表明,添加填料处理剂与填料颗粒混合、絮聚,填料颗粒的粒径明显的增加,其添加量为5 kg,颗粒粒径由2-3μm增大至32.571μm,纸机湿部的滤水性能得到改善;带阳离子性的填料颗粒与纤维阴阳电荷结合,填料颗粒牢牢地附着在纤维表面,减少填料流失,湿部白水浓度由0.34%降低至0.31%,下降0.03%,单程留着率上升2.0%,成纸的灰分提高1.2%;填料颗粒的总比表面积减少,增加纤维的交织面积,成纸的强度提高。This study investigated the influence of filler treatment agent on the operation of paper machine and paper index in the production of 78 g/m^(2)Benbai culture paper.The results showed that adding filler treatment agent and filler particles to mix and flocculate could significantly increase the particle size of filler particles and improve the drainage performance of the wet end of the paper machine.The cationic filler particles combine with the negative and positive charges of the fiber,so that the filler particles firmly adhere to the fiber surface,reducing filler loss,reducing the white water concentration in the wet end by 0.03%,increasing the oneway retention rate by 2.0%,and increasing the ash content of the paper by 1.2%.The total specific surface area of filler particles is reduced,the interwoven area of fibers is increased,and the strength of the finished paper is improved.
