摘　　要：为解决造纸机控制系统在生产过程中的张力不可控问题,提出基于内模算法的造纸机纸幅张力自动控制方法。先构建出纸张模型,将纸张抽象化处理,视其为小刚体薄片,根据造纸机设备两端的运行速度差,得出造纸机的卷取情况以及纸张应力变化,然后分析出造纸机的运行规律以及模型的变化规律,最后选用内模算法完成张力自动控制,设计对应的控制器,实现造纸机纸幅张力自动控制。实验结果表明:这种方法张力信号的响应快及张力控制效果好,具有一定应用价值。In order to solve the problem of uncontrollable tension of paper machine control system in the production process,an automatic control method of paper machine web tension based on internal model algorithm is proposed.First,the paper model is constructed,and the paper is abstracted and treated as a small rigid sheet.According to the running speed difference between the two ends of the paper machine equipment,the coiling situation of the paper machine and the change of the paper sheet stress are obtained.Then,the operation law of the paper machine and the change law of the model are analyzed.Finally,the internal model algorithm is used to complete the automatic tension control,and the corresponding controller is designed to realize the automatic control of the paper sheet tension of the paper machine.The experimental results show that this method has fast response to tension signal and good tension control effect,and has certain application value.
