摘  要:目前,随着国内造纸工业的发展,纸机自动化程度不断提高,从早期的控制单元、继电器-接触器-电控柜控制系统,发展到目前的PLC+变频调速+DCS全数字控制系统。由于自动化水平的提高,使得纸机生产线上各个单元的工作情况,直接关系到整条生产线的生产效率和产品质量。由于生产过程中每个环节都采用了新技术,使纸机电气传动系统和整个生产线上的所有单元都实现了数字化。根据国内外造纸自动化发展趋势,结合我国造纸工业发展实际情况,介绍一种基于现场总线的纸机电气传动全数字自动化控制系统。重点介绍了全数字自动控制系统原理、PLC、变频器和DCS的选型、网络设计及触摸屏在系统中的应用等问题。将自动化控制系统与智能模块及现场总线技术相结合,设计出全数字自动化控制方案并进行了调试与试验。At present,with the development of the domestic paper industry,the degree of automation of paper machine continues to improve,from the early control unit,relaycontactorelectric control cabinet control system,to the current PLC+frequency control+DCS full digital control system.Due to the improvement of automation level,the working condition of each unit on the paper machine production line is directly related to the production efficiency and product quality of the whole production line.As a result of the use of new technology in every link of the production process,so that the paper machine electrical transmission system and the entire production line of all units are digitized.According to the development trend of paper making automation both at home and abroad and combined with the development situation of paper making industry in our country,a fully digital automatic control system of paper machine electric drive based on fieldbus is introduced.The principle of all digital automatic control system,the selection of PLC,frequency converter and DCS,the network design and the application of touch screen in the system are introduced.This paper mainly introduces the combination of automatic control system,intelligent module and field bus technology,designs a full digital automatic control scheme and carries out debugging and testing.
