胶矾水对宣纸的性能影响研究

摘　　要：胶矾水也称胶矾液,是一种将明矾与明胶按照一定比例混合而成的溶液。其主要作用之一,是作为固色材料在绘画作品画心清洗前和全色前进行涂刷,防止颜料出现晕染、脱落的现象。胶矾水在对绘画作品颜料进行加固的同时,往往容易对绘画作品的纸张产生加速老化的作用,使绘画作品变得更加不易被保存。以宣纸为例,对胶矾水作用于书画用纸中的科学内涵进行了分析;通过实验对胶矾水对绘画用纸性能如墨滴晕散面积、书写效果、协同效应以及对宣纸的酸碱度、耐折度等进行了研究。认为胶矾水能够对绘画用纸起到促干、软化、提高憎水性的作用,但需要对胶矾水中明矾用量的浓度和比例进行控制,否则容易导致宣纸酸性增强、纸张脆化,影响绘画作品的保存。Alum glue,also known as alum liquid,is a solution that mixes alum and gelatin in a certain proportion.One of its main functions is to use as a fixing material to brush the paintings before cleaning and pancolor in order to prevent the phenomenon of halo dyeing and peeling out of the paints.While strengthening the paints of paintings,bauxite often accelerates the aging of the paper of paintings,making the paintings more difficult to preserve.Taking Xuan Paper as an example,the scientific connotation of bauxite water acting on painting and calligraphy paper was analyzed.The effects of bauxite water on the performance of painting paper,such as ink droplet dizziness area,writing effect,synergistic effect,acidity,alkalinity and folding resistance of Xuan Paper were studied through experiments.It is considered that bauxite water can promote the drying,softening and hydrophobicity of drawing paper,but the concentration and proportion of alum in bauxite water need to be controlled.Otherwise,it will easily lead to the enhancement of acidity of rice paper,paper embrittlement and affect the preservation of painting works.
