摘  要:r区作为首个聚合物驱工业化区块,最早进入后续水驱,r区内单井产量低、开发效益差,处于低效开发状态,亟需对剩余油分布状态进行分析并进一步采取有效措施提高采收率。通过数值模拟研究获得剩余油分布规律,互组重构井网,实现挖潜剩余油目的。研究表明,r区水驱开发目的层萨Ⅱ组和葡Ⅰ组1~2层剩余油主要分布在断层边部、厚层内部、井网控制不住的区域,聚合物驱开发目的层葡Ⅰ组3层剩余油主要分布在河道砂内部聚驱井网的分流线处;采用水、聚驱井网重构改造方案,互组后实现萨Ⅱ组和葡Ⅰ组1~2层注采井距缩小、葡Ⅰ组3层形成反九点法面积井网,二者使低渗透层和分流线上剩余油得到有效动用;实施后,区块注水结构得到改善、动用厚度比例增加、产出端增油效果显著。提出了聚驱后(后续水驱)区块水聚井网重构的设想,利用井点交叉和层系重组,提高了水聚两驱井生产效益,可为其他相似区块提供开发方法借鉴。As the first industrialized block of polymer flooding,r block is the first to enter the subsequent water flooding.The single well production in the r area is low,the development benefit is poor,and it is in an inefficient development state.It is urgent to analyze the distribution of remaining oil and take effective measures to improve the recovery rate.The distribution law of remaining oil was obtained by numerical simulation,and the well pattern was reconstructed by mutual combination to realize the purpose of exploiting potential remaining oil.The study shows that the remaining oil of SaⅡand PuⅠ1~2,the target layers of water flooding development in r area,is mainly distributed at the fault edge,inside the thick layer,and the area where the well pattern cannot be controlled.The remaining oil of PuⅠ3,the target layer of polymer flooding development,is mainly distributed at the split line of the polymer well pattern in the channel sand.By adopting the water-polymer flooding well pattern reconstruction scheme,water-polymer wells have been combined to reduce the distance between injection and production wells in SaⅡgroup and PuⅠ1~2 layer,and PuⅠ3 layer forms an inverse nine-point area well pattern,which make the remaining oil in the low permeability layer and the diversion line be effectively used.After the implementation,the water injection structure of the block is improved,the proportion of production thickness is increased,and the oil increase effect of the production end is remarkable.The idea of reconstruction of water-polymer well pattern in the subsequent water-flooding block has been put forward,and the production benefit of water-polymer wells has been improved by means of well point crossing and hierarchical reorganization,which can provide a reference for other development methods in other similar blocks.
