摘  要:稠油油藏注空气过程中燃烧前缘的有效建立与稳定传播是影响火驱成功与否的关键因素。以往室内燃烧试验中多孔介质渗透率通常高于1 D,导致更低渗透率下火驱过程中燃烧特征认识不清。针对该问题,采用自主研发的压砂系统和燃烧管试验装置研究了渗透率在300 mD下3种稠油火驱过程中温度场、压力场及产出气相变化规律,重点分析了燃烧前缘特征。研究结果表明,渗透率在300 mD下3种稠油均能被点燃,但通过一次点火难以实现稠油燃烧前缘持续稳定地向前传递;在稠油燃烧初期,油墙的形成使得空气难以注入,驱替压差波动剧烈,如何解决油墙的封堵效应,是稠油油藏火驱提高采收率亟需解决的关键问题之一。经过二次高温点火操作后,稠油能够复燃,但燃烧前缘仍难以稳定传播;在该情况下,可考虑使用注燃料油辅助二次点火的方法以解决储层低效燃烧问题。该研究结果为稠油油藏火驱过程中稳定燃烧前缘提供了借鉴。The effective establishment and stable propagation of the combustion front during the air injection process of heavy oil reservoirs are the key factors that affect the success of in-situ combustion(ISC).In previous indoor combustion experiments,the permeability of porous media was usually higher than 1 D,leading to unclear understanding of combustion characteristics in ISC process at lower permeability.To solve this problem,the temperature field,pressure field,and produced gas phase variation during ISC of three kinds of heavy oil at a permeability of 300 mD were studied using the self-developed sand pressing system and combustion tube test device,and the characteristics of combustion front were analyzed emphatically.The results show that all three kinds of heavy oil can be ignited at a permeability of 300 mD,but it is difficult to achieve continuous and stable forward advancement of the combustion front of heavy oil through one ignition.At the early stage of heavy oil combustion,the formation of oil bank makes it difficult to inject air,and displacement differential pressure fluctuates wildly.How to solve the plugging effect of the oil bank is one of the key issues to be solved urgently to enhance oil recovery by ISC in heavy oil reservoirs.After the second high-temperature ignition operation,the heavy oil can be reignited,but the combustion front is still difficult to propagate stably.In this case,using fuel oil injection to assist the secondary ignition can be considered to solve the problem of inefficient combustion in the reservoir.The research results provide a reference for the stable combustion front during ISC in heavy oil reservoirs.
